RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Panchakanya Multitrade, we are committed to delivering premium handloom garments with the best shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to assist you.


RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer returns with refund under the following terms:

A flat return shipping fee of ₹200 is applicable on all returns.

Return Options

  1. Reverse Pickup by Panchakanya
    Pickup will be arranged from your address. ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  2. Self-Return by Customer
    You can courier the product yourself. Shipping charges must be paid by you directly, and no ₹200 will be deducted by us.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our quality team.
Once approved, the refund will be issued within 10–15 business days.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
No return shipping charges will be applied for exchanges.
Pickup will be arranged by Panchakanya at no additional cost.

Exchange validity is based on the original delivery date and does not reset after exchange.


CREDIT NOTE (OPTIONAL)

Customers may opt for a Credit Note instead of a refund.
Credit Note validity is 60 days from the date of issue.
It can be used on products of the same or higher value (difference payable by customer).


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products purchased on sale or discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, warranty terms remain applicable.


ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product must not be damaged, stained, or altered

Panchakanya reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


WARRANTY POLICY

All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • No replacement will be provided under any circumstances
  • Faulty products will be repaired free of cost within warranty
  • Alterations are not covered under warranty and will be chargeable
  • Warranty is always counted from the original purchase date

REPAIRS & SHIPPING

For repairs under warranty, Panchakanya will bear shipping cost after repair (return to customer).

For out-of-warranty products, all shipping charges (both ways) along with repair cost will be borne by the customer.

Repair timelines may take up to 6–8 weeks.


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

All self-returns must be prepaid. We recommend using insured or registered shipping.

Panchakanya Multitrade is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit for self-return shipments.
